Acting

Alex is currently working with the McCarty Talent and Modeling Agency in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He has been featured in several local commercials, industrial videos, and a voice-over for the character "Carlos Bat" for the audio tours in Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico.

   Storytelling

In addition to competing at the Storytelling Showcase, Alex has performed several times at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah.  He has participated in both their Spooky Tale and their Fairy Tale evenings.

Alex has been a featured youth teller three times at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival, one of the biggest festivals in the nation.

Vernal, Utah's Indian Summer Festival started in 2004 and Alex was privileged to be the only youth teller featured. He was surrounded by some of the nations best tellers: Tim Tingle, Bil Lepp and Dovie Thomason. He formed a quick but lasting friendship with Tim Tingle during that festival. Alex also made a return appearance to Vernal in 2005.

Alex enjoys sharing his love of storytelling with other children.  In the summer of 2005, he created a Storytelling Workshop for local children, in which he helped them choose, practice and perform stories.  They also worked on other basic storytelling skills; everyone's favorite activity was improvisation.
